Established in 2010, Shiver of Frontier arose from the collaboration of Akihiro (G), Kouta (B), and Takazumi (Key), initially part of diverse musical ventures. Their collective vision was to craft a compelling and genuine melodic power metal experience, placing a strong emphasis on captivating melodies.
Soon after, the ensemble expanded with the inclusion of Minaki (Vo), Hayate (G), and Yamato (Ds), evolving into a dynamic six-piece unit characterized by high-tone vocals and twin lead guitars. The choice of the word "Shiver" in the band's name, Shiver of Frontier, not only signifies an element of "horror" but also harbors a concealed essence of "melody."
