Undeterred by the disbandment, the duo set out on a mission, enlisting guitarist Midori and the versatile Miyako, who brought her skills on both guitar and keyboard to the ensemble.
As fate orchestrated its melodic dance, vocalist Asami emerged as the final piece of the puzzle. Selected based on the strength of a demo that resonated with the band's vision, Asami brought her multifaceted vocal artistry to Lovebites. Each member brought a rich musical history to the table – Midori from the band Gekijo Metalicche, Miyako with her roles in A Drop of Joker and 21g, and Asami, a former backup singer for the esteemed acts Vamps and Uverworld.
In a serendipitous rehearsal moment, the echoes of "Love Bites (So Do I)" by Halestorm reverberated through the room.
