guitarist and composer Ryoji Shinomoto has released a deeply expressive new single—his metal-classical interpretation of “Liebestraum No. 3” by Franz Liszt. Rather than overpowering the original, Shinomoto treats it with reverence: lyrical phrasing, controlled dynamics, and a guitar tone that sings where a piano once whispered.
