Punk rock / emotional rock ’n’ roll outfit THE RAPTOLS crank Daisy into a full-throttle heart-engine anthem, all grit, gasoline, and melodic bruises blooming through the distortion like a flower growing out of a busted amp cabinet. The Tokyo-active band formed in summer 2023 and frames its sound around rock ’n’ roll powered by punk, hard rock, metal, blues, folk and other roots, basically a genre goblin with a leather jacket and excellent pedalboard hygiene. Daisy is the title track from their first nationally distributed full album Daisy, scheduled for release on August 5, 2026, with release events planned at Shimokitazawa Rokudemonai Yoru.
