Internet pop-rock and noise-scarred alternative rock bloom under catastrophically unstable voltage as 神聖かまってちゃん (Shinsei Kamattechan) release a live video for 「死にたいひまわり」 (Shinitai Himawari / “The Sunflower That Wants to Die”), filmed at Kawasaki CLUB CITTA’ on September 15, 2025. Its bright melodic petals conceal considerably darker circuitry, with Noko’s vocal performance turning despair into something raw, confrontational and almost frighteningly alive—the musical equivalent of discovering that your sunflower has installed forbidden emotional firmware. Originally released as the second track on the band’s 11th album 団地テーゼ (Danchi Thesis), the song explores abuse, isolation and self-erasure through grotesque floral imagery.
