The most intriguingly twisted idol experiment, Phantom Siita (ファントムシータ), just dropped the MV for 薔薇色の月 (literally Rose-Colored Moon).
Birthed in mid-2024 through an audition led by J-pop phenom Ado, Phantom Siita isn’t just another idol group — they’re a retro-horror twist on J-pop idol culture, blending catchy pop hooks with eerie aesthetics and theatrical swagger. 薔薇色の月 is Phantom Siita’s latest digital single (released January 30, 2026) and showcases their signature sound: lush melodies, dynamic shifts, and a dramatic narrative flair that feels almost like a mini musical in song form. The theme evokes a resolute embrace of passion over mundanity — a “break free and shine” anthem draped in moonlit symbolism.
