J-pop / anison rock firestarter LiSA teams up with MAISONdes and Hidefumi Kenmochi for 小豆あらい (Azuki Arai / “Azuki Bean Washer”), a wonderfully bizarre yokai-pop detour from her 7th album LACE UP. Built around the folklore creature known for washing red beans at night, the track turns ancient Japanese spook-code into a danceable oddball groove, like a haunted kitchen utensil possessed by a club DJ.
