Ska Punk band FIVE STATE DRIVE have released “俺たちがスカパンクの波を作るんだぞッ.” translates literally into We’re the Ones Who Will Create the Ska Punk Wave!
It’s less a subtle metaphor and more a manifesto. The phrasing carries a self-aware bravado — declarative, energetic, and unmistakably communal — which aligns perfectly with the ethos of ska punk as a genre built on collective movement and rhythmic momentum.
