Theatrical heavy metal becomes a doctoral thesis with double-kick drums as Damian Hamada’s Creatures unleash 七つの大罪 (Nanatsu no Taizai)—literally “The Seven Deadly Sins.” Rather than simply condemning pride envy wrath greed sloth gluttony and lust Damian Hamada examines them as the dangerously overclocked emotional processors behind human history ambition and survival. His conclusion is gloriously diabolical: humanity hardly needs demonic encouragement to manufacture sin at industrial scale—and perhaps the ultimate culprit is the deity who invented the concept in the first place. It is less Sunday school and more theology rebuilt as a heavy-metal boss battle.The band will begin TOUR 666 in November. Despite sharing its title with the manga and anime franchise The Seven Deadly Sins there is no announced anime television drama or other screen tie-in.
