SUPERKNOVA

Visual kei quintet SUPERKNOVA uncork 酒LOVER (Sake LOVER — “Alcohol Lover”), their latest music video, with a title that makes its allegiances refreshingly unambiguous. Linguistic liner-note nerds, take note: sake here can mean alcohol generally, so the title’s drinks menu extends beyond rice wine. The release precedes their 2.5th-anniversary “Alcohol Ignition” headline tour, opening October 6—kirakira sparkle meets combustible chemistry, apparently with the periodic table filed under “party supplies.”
