Left originally formed in Fukuoka, Japan as a four-piece rock outfit and have since built a catalog rooted in aggressive melodic rock with punk and emo-leaning energy. Their early work, including recordings of “MOTHER,” blends soaring choruses and heartfelt lyrics with punchy guitar work — part of what has kept them visible in Japan’s independent hard-rock/emo scene for over two decades.
