The band KatsClaw runs a seriously gritty hybrid of punk-rock, classic rockabilly swagger, and blues-tainted R&R energy — the sort of sound that sits at the crossroads of alleyway jukebox grit and first-press punk sneer. On their YouTube channel they’ve uploaded 17 videos on the same day showcasing this vibe, with tracks like “liberalist” capturing their raw, back-to-basics DIY ethos. They’ve clearly been active in lo-fi visual releases and performance clips.
