歪-HIZUMI- to Disband After December 11 Final Show

by | Sep 3, 2026 | NEWS | 0 comments

Tokyo rock band 歪-HIZUMI- will disband after holding its final self-organised event at Otsuka Deepa on December 11, 2026, according to an announcement posted on the group’s official X account.

The decision followed a request from vocalist and keyboardist Asumi to leave the band. The members said they discussed several possible ways to continue but ultimately concluded that maintaining 歪-HIZUMI- under its current structure would be difficult.

Before disbanding, the four-piece plans to hold a series of events jointly organised with local live venues. The remaining schedule begins at Yokohama BAYSIS on October 28, followed by Umeda BANGBOO on November 5, Nagoya MUSIC FARM on November 6 and Gunma SUNBURST on November 14.

A show at Hitachi-Taga PARTY×PARTY is scheduled for December 5, leading into the final event at Otsuka Deepa six days later. Ticket reservations will begin after the individual event details have been released.

The band apologised for the unexpected announcement and thanked its fans and music industry partners for their support. It also pledged to continue performing in its own style until the final date.

The announcement came directly from the band. Otsuka Deepa had not published a separate listing for the farewell event at the time of publication, leaving its full details independently unconfirmed.
